April Rebuilding Program – Home Repair
If you are a senior (62+) or disabled, low-income and own your own home in Oakland, you may qualify for a team of dedicated volunteers to come and make repairs on your home during our April Rebuilding Program.

We are currently accepting applications for our April Rebuilding Program!  Please print out, review, complete the forms and return along with all required documentation to RTO. Please see information and application:

Year-Round Safe-At-Home Program
If you only need minor home repairs such as grab bars and hand railings, we also do minor repairs year round with small teams of volunteers.  Same qualifications apply as per April Program.

April Rebuilding Program – Facility Repair
We also renovate community facilities in Oakland that provide direct services to low-income communities, during the April Rebuilding Program and occasionally at other times during the year.  Community facilities should be nonprofit or other public facilities, where the nonprofit owns or has a long-term lease on the facility.
